ParticipantHi Mikhail,
I have installed Chart Pro and extracted them to the directories. Changed the Chart Plugin to Chart Pro, saved and downloaded into Project. I get this error:

Chart Pro 5.1.0.0Is there any steps that I missed?
Thank you.September 9, 2020 at 12:35 pm #7246Mikhail
ModeratorHi,
This error caused by version mismatch.
You have the latest Chart Pro, but Webstation looks outdated.Could you check the timestamp of C:\SCADA\ScadaWeb\bin\ScadaWebCommon.dll file?
We have a minor bug that after updating Webstation, it’s version number still 5.1.0.0. That’s why it’s better to check file age.September 10, 2020 at 1:43 am #7247kcks66
ParticipantHi Mikhail,
