    Hello,

    How the channel status is calculated?

    I am getting values in communicator but still status is showing as 5, initially for some time it shows 1 then changes to 5.

    Hi,

    You can see the statuses in the Event types table.
    5 is Unreliable
    It means that there are no data for a period (by default 5 mins). You should check if Communicator works or not.

    Sir,

    Communicator status is ok… but there is no change in data, but this is a normal condition for this case, and it should not be changed to 5 … is it possible.?

    Hello,
    Please provide screenshots of Communicator where we can see how data are polled.
