1. I understand that.. OPC will not work , but Modbus Will work??
2.When are we expecting the next version ?? For scheme view to be functional.November 5, 2015 at 11:08 am #655MikhailModerator1. Yes.
2. It is planned in the spring of 2016. In case of your project due dates, a release of the new version can be accelerated on a commercial base.January 18, 2016 at 10:19 am #812welschemeyerParticipantHello Mikhail,
are there any new information about the Scheme view on the Raspberry Pi?
I currently have some time to work and wanted me to be happy to deal with it. Among others I am also in a German translation of the program.
January 18, 2016 at 11:38 am #813MikhailModeratorHello,
Schemes still don’t work on Raspberry. I expect that this working properly in the new version of SCADA-Web, which development will be started soon in February.
Recently, the support of UTF-8 strings was added. It allows using of various national characters. It hasn’t been published yet. If this functionality is important for you I can send an update.
Have you complete German translation or it is in progress?
January 18, 2016 at 12:47 pm #814welschemeyerParticipantOk Thanks than we will wait for the new version.
The Translation is still in progress.
July 7, 2016 at 6:38 am #1403serzinoParticipantme and my brother need help
Python can communicate with Wonderware Intouch, with a raspi, scada
how connect raspberry pi (GPIO) with SCADA intouch wonderware application
wonderware is a display HMI.thank’s to help me
July 7, 2016 at 8:21 am #1404MikhailModeratorHi,
If you use Wonderware InTouch, why you ask on Rapid SCADA forum?November 16, 2017 at 11:16 pm #2816MistralParticipantHi, in win10 I created a schema with “schema editor” and saved it in “C: \ SCADA \ Interface \ Servers \”, I defined the path in the table “interface” and “interface object” in the “right” table. .. the schema is visible in the mozilla browser (http: // localhost / scada “… I moved to RaspberryPi following the directions in” how_to_use.txt “… I used the Chromium browser (http: // localhost: 8084 /scada/Login.aspx) and logged in … I see only the default schema while mine is not present …
can you help me understand what to do to solve it?
November 17, 2017 at 8:44 am #2817MistralParticipantI apologize … as I’m not very practical with linux / raspberrypi, I checked out better that the files and tables coming from w10 according to the “how_to_use.txt” instructions were not overwritten despite superuser privileges … good work at all
November 17, 2017 at 1:37 pm #2818MikhailModeratorHi,
Have you copied BaseDAT\*.dat files and restarted Server?
Do you login as administrator?November 17, 2017 at 4:32 pm #2820MistralParticipantthanks, yes … I had an error in the bash script that did not copy the BaseDAT files \ *. dat then I noticed that the modification dates were always the same … etc
salute MikhailMarch 15, 2018 at 6:24 pm #3286CoraDiasParticipantHi..i am a new user here. In my project we chose the raspberry pi 2 platform , using modbus TCP for data communication and currently we try to choose the best open source SCADA software to use to our project to acquire data, visualize and and store them in an appealing and efficient way.
March 16, 2018 at 2:22 pm #3295MikhailModeratorHi,
I think the best choice is Rapid SCADA. If you have questions, ask on this forum, creating new topics.March 29, 2018 at 12:11 am #3384jonbonjoviParticipantHi, currently working on implementing Rapid Scada for a University Engineering project. I am still fairly new to the Raspberry Pi and Scada software. I have also noticed that Rapid Scada has a Raspberry Pi 3 GPIO controller. My question is, can I use this controller to read data from a sensor plugged into the GPIO pins, and then use Rapid Scada to control a few relays?
If this is not doable, are there any resources on getting Rapid Scada to work with OpenPLC? I know they communicate via Modbus/TCP but I am still new to the protocol and am not sure how to make them work together.

sudo gpio readallThis way you will get a table of outputs and outputs of your version of Raspberry. Then connect the driver to the Windows PC and start the settings. Disable the checkbox in the use GPIO column on unused inputs or outputs, determine the remaining destination input or output as well as power lift.
The driver uses the WiringPi library and does not access GPIO directly.
