This morning, while debugging the Elasticreport plugin, I suddenly found that I couldn’t view historical trends. After checking the daily files, I discovered that the ChartPro registration was invalid. Why is this happening? I’ve already purchased the relevant license, and even after reinstalling the ChartPro plugin, clicking on the relevant trend page still shows “undefined.” The console shows “no plug,” and the WebStation log file indicates my license is invalid. I’ve already disabled other plugins, such as the trial version of Elasticreport. How can I restore access to my trend page?
