Just to inform you a little better. We using formula to get minute from server time and send it to remote location. It’s like watchdog for remote locations to know when server is down from some reason. Furthermore remote locations send email that server or scada is down. This information is important for us because it’s only way we can detect problems with server or scada automatically.

Last command that was sent was from device 61 as you see in log. That is channel 653.

What was the first timestamp when Communicator couldn’t connect?

I am not able to find first timestamp because log is full in 2 hours. I will send if i get error before 2 hours of occuring.

Try to change the command settings in the trigger:
– Set “Out channel” to 0
– Set “Device” to non-zero instead of output channel.

That will work if you don’t use a formula of the output channel 653.

I am using formula in channel 653 and 753.

We made shortcuts for restart scada server and communicator and after restart of both scada was still shutdown. We then did restart of PC and Scada started to work again.

In 00:29 i did restart to scada-server. After that scada start working again. Command out channels should work every minute but after 23:12 they stopped until i did restart of scada.

Thank you, i did activate it. In security i give modify permission to User account.

Remote software is not turn on 100% of time. We use software only to check is device working properly. The problem with connection occurs when remote software wasn’t active at all. There must be something else that result problem.

I tried with accounts: ScadaWeb,ScadaComm,ScadaServerCtrl and ScadaAdmin and still wasn’t able to download configuration. I also watched to input appropriate password for each account.
