I can connect to SCADA-Server using Hercules utility
Module IP:127.0.0.1 Port:10000
The Received/Sent data Panel showes “Connected to 127.0.0.1”

OS: Win10,
IIS version:10.0.14393.0
installed .net framework:4.0,4.5,4.6

Can you help me ?
