Check the configuration of Internet Information Services (IIS)
Go to
Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows features on or off
and make sure that WCF Services -> HTTP Activation feature is installed for .NET Framework 4+
Before SCADA-Web installation it’s required to install the following Internet Information Services (IIS) components:

Install SCADA-Web Configurator:
Unzip files from ScadaWebConfig.zip
Create shortcut SCADA-Web Configurator
SCADA-Web Configurator installation has completed successfully

Unzip files from ScadaTableEditor.zip
Create shortcut SCADA-Table Editor
SCADA-Table Editor installation has completed successfully

Install SCADA-Scheme Editor:
Unzip files from ScadaSchemeEditor.zip
Create shortcut SCADA-Scheme Editor
SCADA-Scheme Editor installation has completed successfully
