Yes, you can. You should select a camera that provides it’s own web page containing video stream. Also it’s important to disable camera login. Then specify the camera’s web page address into a frame component.

May be this cause:

I had exactly the same problem. I found that I had a windows printer setup to use the same port. As soon as I changed the port in the printers settings, the SerialPort.Open() worked.

Installation of Server application has completed with a error:
Service ScadaServerService hasn’t been installed

1. Open command line as administrator
2. cd C:\SCADA\ScadaServer\
3. run svc_install.bat

What messages would you get?
