March 27, 2017 at 3:39 pm #2042MikhailModeratorHi,
It’s a bit unusual. Go to the Server app, open Files > Hourly data and check whether raw hourly data exist or not. Also check Saving parameters of Server.
We can quickly solve the issue via remote connection, but it is a commercial service.

March 28, 2017 at 7:04 am #2050phachakornParticipantMarch 28, 2017 at 9:53 am #2052MikhailModeratorFile name is a date YYMMDD. It’s strange that the files were created like your current year is 1960.
Could you see Minute Data, are the files also have names like m60xxxx.dat?

Please, see C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log\ScadaCommSvc.log Is there 2560 year too?
The applications that have graphical user interface work as your logged in user, whereas Server and Communicator services work as system.
Try opening Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and changing the user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService
March 29, 2017 at 8:33 am #2055phachakornParticipantHi
In Thailand, there are two year count systems.
Buddhist era and Christian era.
2560 is Buddhist era count systems.
But in computer i setup Legion and Language format to Christian era.
Do I need to set up another one?I see C:\SCADA\ScadaComm\Log\ScadaCommSvc.log have 2560 year too.
I will try to follow this advice.
“Try opening Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services and changing the user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService”thanks you
March 30, 2017 at 6:26 am #2062MikhailModeratorVery interesting information. Thank you.
I think, the most simple way is changing user for ScadaServerService and ScadaCommService. Pay attention, that the user must be PC administrator.March 30, 2017 at 10:54 pm #2066phachakornParticipanthi
I do as you suggest. It gives the Hourly file a valid year name (170331.dat) . And in the log file, the year number is 2017.
But in the table on the web SCADA that do not have the numbers.Do I have to fix anything else?
March 31, 2017 at 5:22 am #2067MikhailModeratorHi,
First of all, check the existence of data in the file h170331.dat using Server user interface as you did earlier.April 14, 2017 at 1:52 am #2098phachakornParticipanthi
i checked all number of year is 2017 all data but number in WEB table view not show.Do I have to fix anything else?
