    Hi all,

    I’m new here.
    First of all “Hallo World” 🙂
    I build up a domotic system that works well with Siemens PLC
    Does rapid scada can communicate via Profinet or ethernet to Siemens S7 world?

    Hi,

    There is no native Rapid SCADA driver supports Profinet.
    You can connect to Profinet device using
    1. OPC server
    2. By creating (by your own or purchase) a Profinet driver for Rapid SCADA.

    As far as I know, Siemens S7 supports Modbus protocol. You can use Modbus devices with Rapid SCADA out-of-the-box.

    when i open the scada-commnicator ,it shows that the scada-commnicator service is not installed.so i can not commnicate with the device and so on.
